Revelation 15

The Seven Final Plagues

1 Then I saw another great and amazing sign in heaven: seven angels holding the seven final plagues. With these, God’s wrath reaches its completion.

2 I saw something like a glass sea mixed with fire. Beside it stood the people who had conquered the beast, its image, and the number of its name. They held harps from God.

3 They sang the song of Moses, God’s servant, and the song of the Lamb: “Great and amazing are Your works, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are Your ways, King of the nations.”

4 “Who would not honor You, Lord, and glorify Your name, You alone are holy. Every nation will come worship before You because Your righteous acts have been revealed.”

5 After that, I looked and saw heaven’s temple, the tabernacle of testimony, opened wide.

6 The seven angels carrying the seven plagues came out of the temple, dressed in clean, bright linen with gold sashes across their chests.

7 One of the four living beings gave the angels seven gold bowls filled with the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.

8 The temple filled with smoke from God’s glory and power. Nobody could enter until the seven angels finished pouring out the seven plagues.
