The Fool’s Heart
1 The fool’s saying in his heart, “There is no God.” They are all messed up, they did messed up stuff; Nobody is doing good.
2 God looked down from heaven on the human race To see if anybody was wise, If anybody was looking for God.
3 Everybody is turned away; All of them are dirty. Nobody is doing good, not even one.
A Cry for Israel’s Salvation
4 Do they not know, all you evil-doers, They eating up my people like they are eating bread; They do not even call out to God.
5 They are going to be scared, really scared, Where there is not anything to be scared of. Because God scattered the bones of the dude who camped against you; You made them look like fools, because God pushed them away.
6 I wish salvation for Israel would come from Zion! When God brings His people back from their struggle, Jacob is going to be happy, Israel is going to celebrate.
