Psalms 23

The Lord, My Shepherd

1 The Lord is my shepherd, I am not going to want for nothing.

2 He makes me chill in green pastures; He leads me by peaceful water.

3 He restores my soul. He guides me on the right paths for the sake of His name.

4 Even when I walk through the hood of the shadow of death, I am not scared of any evil, because You are with me. Your stick and Your staff, they comfort me.

5 You set up a table for me in front of my enemies. You put oil on my head; My cup is overflowing.

6 Goodness and grace will follow me all the days of my life, And I will live in the house of the Lord forever.
