A Prayer for Mercy

1 To You I lift up my eyes, O You who sit on the throne in the heavens.

2 Look, like the eyes of servants to the hand of their bosses, Like the eyes of a maid to the hand of her lady, So our eyes are on the Lord our God, Until He shows us grace.

3 Show us grace, Lord, show us grace, because we are full of contempt.

4 Our soul is super full With the diss of the ones who chill, With the contempt of the proud.
