A Judgment on Unjust Rulers
1 God stands in the crew of God; In the middle of the gods He judges:
2 “How long will you judge wrong, And show favor to the wicked,
3 Do right by the weak and the orphan; Do justice to the suffering and the broke.
4 Rescue the weak and needy; Pull them out of the hand of the wicked.
A Final Word
5 They do not know, and they do not get it; They walk around in darkness; All the foundations of the earth are shaking.
6 I said, “You are gods, And all of you are sons of the Most High.
7 But you will die like humans, And fall like one of the princes.”
8 Get up, God, judge the earth, because You will own all the nations.
