A Call to Worship
Shout out loud to God, all you earth!
Sing the props of His name; Make His praise awesome.
Say to God, “How awesome are Your works! Because of Your massive strength, Your enemies will turn back and get fake with You.
All the earth will bow down to You, And sing praises to You; They will sing praises to Your name.
A Hymn of Praise
Come and see the works of God; He is awesome in His doings with the sons of humans.
He turned the sea into dry land; They walked through the river by foot; There we were happy in Him.
He rules by His power forever; His eyes watch the nations; Do not let the wilding dudes act all big.
Bless our God, all you people; And make the sound of His praise be heard.
Who keeps our soul alive, And do not let our feet get shook.
A Confession of God’s Refinement
Because You tested us, God; You refined us like silver is refined.
You brought us into a trap; You put a heavy load on our backs.
You let humans ride over our heads; We went through fire and water; But You brought us out to a spot with a lot of stuff.
A Vow of Praise
I will come into Your house with burnt offerings; I will pay my promises to You,
Which my lips said, And my mouth spoke when I was in a tight spot.
I will offer You fat burnt offerings, with the smell of rams; I will offer bulls and goats.
Come and listen, all you who fear God, And I will tell you what He did for my soul.
I cried out to Him with my mouth, And He was praised with my tongue.
If I had thought about sin in my heart, The Lord would not have listened.
But God for sure heard; He listened to my prayer.
Blessed be God, Who did not turn away my prayer, Or His grace from me!
