Further Instructions

Bosses, treat your workers right and fair. Remember, you got a boss in heaven.

Stay in prayer, keeping it consistent and thankful.

Pray for us, too, that God opens doors so we can speak about Christ, the mystery I am locked up for.

Pray that I make it clear, just like I am supposed to.

Be wise with outsiders, making the most of every opportunity.

Let your words always be gracious and seasoned with salt, so you will know how to respond to everybody.

Final Greetings

Tychicus, my boy, will fill you in on everything. He is a faithful brother and servant of the Lord.

I sent him to you to encourage you all and let you know what is going on with us.

Onesimus, our faithful and dear bro, is rolling with him. He is one of you all and will bring you the latest news.

Aristarchus, who has locked up with me, sends his love. So does Mark, Barnabas’ cousin. If he visits, welcome him.

Jesus, also called Justus, says what is up. These are the only Jewish believers working with me for God’s kingdom, and they have been a big help.

Epaphras, one of you all and a servant of Christ, sends his love. He is always praying hard for you to stand firm, fully mature, and confident in God’s will.

I can vouch for him, he is working hard for you all and the folks in Laodicea and Hierapolis.

Luke, the doctor, and Demas send their greetings.

Show love to the brothers and sisters in Laodicea, especially Nympha and the church meeting at her crib.

After this letter’s read among you all, pass it on to the Laodiceans and read their letter, too.

Tell Archippus to finish the work the Lord gave him.

I, Paul, am writing this goodbye with my own hand. Do not forget I am in chains. Grace be with you all.
