Psalms 111

A Hymn to God’s Greatness

1 Praise the Lord! I will thank the Lord with all my heart, In the crew of the righteous, and in the group.

2 The works of the Lord are big-time, Looked for by all who are happy with them.

3 His work is honor and props, And His righteousness lasts forever.

4 He made His awesome moves be remembered; The Lord is graceful and merciful.

5 He gave food to those who fear Him; He will remember His promise forever.

6 He showed His people the power of His works, In giving them the inheritance of the nations.

7 The works of His hands are truth and justice; All His rules are trustworthy,

8 Set up forever, Made in truth and straightness.

9 He sent rescue to His people; He ordered His promise forever. His name is holy and awesome.

10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good mind have all who do His commands; His praise lasts forever.
